One of Toronto's few and top fine dining restaurant, Centro was etablished in 1986 and has always ranked in Toronto's top restaurants. A recent facelift in 2010 marked the arrive of chef Jason Carter (Susur Lee's disciple).
Notable are the seafood salad, sweetbreads, and chicken consomme. Centro also has on of Toronto's top wine lists.
