The Residences of College Park Condos is a downtown Toronto Condo development at Bay and College. Located at 761 Bay Street and 763 Bay Street, the 2 tower are 52 and 45 stories with over 1000 units between the 2. The buildings were completed in the the mid 2000s. A third tower of the development called "Aura" began construction in late 2010.
The buildings were developed by Canderal Stoneridge.

One bedroom units start at $280K, while 1 bedroom plus den are over $350.
