Cora's Breakfast & Lunch is a chain of restaurants that started in Montreal. The founder, Cora Mussely Tsouflidou, opened her first restaurant in May 1987 in the Ville Saint-Laurent district of Montreal. It's first franchise, called "Chez Cora" opened in 1994 in the Montreal suburb of Pointe-Claire. Since then, the franchise has spread across Canada, to include 20 restaurants in the GTA.
