High Perspective Inc

High Perspective is a hang gliding school that operates year-round. The school was founded by chief hang gliding instructor Michael Robertson in 1970. The school is located in Pickering, about a 35-minute drive from Toronto. The school also offers water gliding in Muskoka during the summer months.

The school is on the north side of Highway 7, about 2 km east of Brock Rd. in Pickering.

Beginner Courses

Beginner Training Course

• Registration, lectures and all lessons
• 40 hours of classes (approx 10 2-4 hour classes)

Tandem Training Course

• $95 per flight

Tandem Training Course Registration

• Includes text books and lectures.

Low and slow introductory session

• For those trying a flight to see if they might want to learn more
• Includes winch towing, training and use of school equipment
• approx 10 2-4 hour class
• need to be booked early and late in the day
• $150

Advanced Courses

Eagle Package

• Tow manual, log book, step towing and is completed at 10 hours of airtime
• $1950

Novice/Tow course

• Tow manual and is completed at 2 hours of airtime
• Doesn't include step towing
• 1 year time limit
