Mercatto Trattoria Eaton Centre

Mercatto is a chain of Italian restaurants with 3 locations throughout the GTA. There is an additional casual dining Trattoria Mercatto located in the Eaton Centre. In the fall of 2011, Doug Neigel replaced former Top Chef Canada contestant Rob Rossi as the executive chef.
