New Ho King is a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown on Spadina Ave in Toronto (near College St.). It is a popular place with University of Toronto students.
The name "new ho king" stems from the fact that a previous "ho king" restaurant used to operate down the street from the current "new ho king".
In June 2011, the restaurant moved locationsto 410 Spadina Ave. from 416 Spadina Ave. with a completely new and updated interior and added seating capacity.
New Ho King is one of the few restaurants in Chinatown that opens late, which caters to local students and clubbers and bar hoppers after last call. Weekdays from 11:30am to 4am and Weekends from 11:30am to 5am.
