History
Riverdale farm is located on the former site of the Riverdale Zoo in Toronto. It is part of the Riverdale neighbourhood. When the zoo was closed in 1974 (moved to the Metro Zoo), a farm was modeled on a century old homestead was created. Cows, horses, chickens and pigs are kept. Milking, wool spinning and butter making demonstrations as well as a craft house.
