Romagna Mia
Established in 1998, owner/chef Gabriele Paganelli curing his own salumi. A dozen different meats are available, $28 brings a sampler of various meats including spicy soppressata, wild boar salami and silky pancetta.
Risotto is well done as well as the penne.
