History
The buidling are completed in 1929 by Bishop and Miller architects. The style is classic Art Deco and housed the manufacturing, warehousing, retail and office operations of Tip Top Tailors Ltd., a menswear cloting retailer.
In 2006, the building was converted to condominiums. A 6 storey rooftop addition was added to the former warehouse.
